Happy Mothers Day

Did you get your mom a gift to say thanks for putting up with all your stuff? You still have time. Send her a book from Amazon that she can download to her Kindle and she'll never even know you forgot. Just click on the "Give as a Gift" button on the right side of the page. My personal Mothers Day suggestion is Cape May by Holly Caster. It's a romance with characters your mom's age, so she'll love that. Plus, there's only one or two scenes that would make you feel uncomfortable if you thought about your mom reading it. In other words, it ain't Fifty Shades of Grey. I wouldn't steer you in that direction, believe me.

Or if your mom prefers non-fiction, get her Yes Please by Amy Poehler. It's a sweet memoir that will make her feel awesome about being a superhero called Mom.

  1. My mom love books and luckily my wife does all the gift buying and has bought her a gift card to Barnes and Noble. It's so much easier to do that than choose a book she may or may not like. Mom is not fussy but she has particular taste :)
